TyHealth replaces the patchwork of point-solutions clinics stitch together — scheduling, portal, EHR sync, RCM, AI agents, telehealth and commerce — with a single, multi-tenant platform that runs on top of (or instead of) a legacy EHR.
See how TyHealth handles the moments that matter most — first contact, walk-in, the visit itself, and getting paid.
AI front desk for calls, scheduling, patient lookup, reminders, payment links, callbacks, and transfers — answering routine traffic so your staff handles only the calls that need a human.
One patient flow for demographics, consent, insurance, intake forms, and copay collection — all completed before the visit on the patient's own phone.
Clinical documentation that turns visit audio into structured notes, diagnoses, procedures, orders, referrals, and billing-ready charge previews.
Prepare cleaner claims, manage denials, generate payer-support documentation, and keep billing work moving through a durable RCM workqueue — so revenue doesn't sit on someone's desk.
One reasoning core ingests your schedule, records, and payer rules — then drives every TyHealth workflow against the protocols and edge cases real practices actually hit.
Every interaction — from the moment a patient calls to the moment a claim is paid — flows through TyHealth.
Patient calls or books online. Voice agent or web booking finds the slot, verifies identity, confirms.
One token launches demographics, consent, insurance, intake forms and copay on the patient's phone.
AI Scribe drafts the note. Diagnoses, meds and orders are extracted with codes ready for review.
Claims drop, denials surface in the queue, and engagement agents handle reminders & care gaps.
Deep, bidirectional sync with your EHR, plus clearinghouse, payments, telehealth, and messaging — no rip-and-replace.
TyHealth runs on a zero-trust, multi-tenant architecture with row-level isolation, full audit trails, and a 53-permission RBAC model. We sign BAAs and provide complete documentation for your security review.
No. TyHealth runs on top of Athena, Epic and Cerner via FHIR + bulk adapters. You keep your EHR; we add the patient-facing layer, AI agents, and RCM workflows. If you'd rather consolidate, our native EHR can fully replace it — but it's never required.
Typical clinic launches in 4–6 weeks. We handle EHR adapter configuration, data migration, staff training, and a phased rollout (booking → check-in → scribe → RCM). Larger health systems run on a 90-day plan with staging and production environments running in parallel.
Yes — and we don't trust the LLM with sensitive actions. Identity is verified via SMS-OTP at the backend, all 12 tools enforce permission checks server-side, and any out-of-scope request transfers to a human via SIP REFER with full call context. Every call is transcribed, summarised, and audit-logged.
Scribe AI is included in the Practice and Enterprise tiers at no per-encounter charge. The Starter tier includes 200 encounters/month, with overage billed at $0.40/encounter. See Pricing for details.
TyHealth is HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 ready/in progress. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any PHI is exchanged, and our subprocessors (Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Daily.co) all operate under their own BAAs. Full security documentation is available on request.
Yes. The TyHealth Patient app ships natively to both stores. Push notifications, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HealthKit and Health Connect are all supported.
